Inspired by the innovative concept of Peter Yen’s Sushirrito, I set out to bring high-quality, fast-casual Japanese fusion to San Diego. Since establishing Zs Buddies Sushi in 2018, we’ve traveled across the county to share our passion for fresh, chef-driven food. From local neighborhoods to massive events like December Nights and Foodie Land, we have the experience to handle any crowd without ever compromising on quality.
